We founded Woolly Hooligan Designs with one goal in mind: giving our customers the best shopping experience we possible can. To do so, we’ve designed our store policies to make sure our clients have a fair, rewarding and enjoyable shopping experience whenever they come to Woolly Hooligan Designs. I use commercial dyes for my hand dyed yarn. I take care to exhaust dye to reduce bleeding, however slight bleeding may still occur with the first wash. Please hand wash your knitted items in cold water for best results. Sometimes a tiny addition of vinegar is needed, particularly with bright, saturated colours.

Take note colours on different monitors vary. I make sure to photograph skeins in natural shady light to best represent the colour. Slight colour variations do occur with hand dyed batches. As I produce mainly tonal shades, it is impossible to dye 2 skeins exactly the same. Please purchase enough yarn for your project, as I will likely not be able to duplicate the EXACT shading.
